Happy BIRTHAY to Justin and I

Went to Bistro Petit Salut for dinner. Fine dining, and first time eat so expensive food. But NICE.

Justin reserve the table but when we reach there, we were like the first and only customer there. Nonetheless, service was good.

We had a 4-course and 3-course dinner set costing us $138 lol.

My set dinner...

Organic Egg + Asparagus + Bacon

Fish in a something

Cheesecake with Sorbet

Jus' set dinner...

Lobster

Salmon

Duck + Mashed Potato

Chocolate cake with Green Tea ice cream

WONDERFUL..

We both had red wine toooo... like many glasses... so worth it worth it.. Overall, not bad ambience because our sides are condominiums but the restaurant setting is good. Food is superb not too small portion. If got chance and feeling rich again mite go back there again.

Lastly... Our present~

PS: Thanks shin for shopping with me~

Went to The Jewel Box at Mount Faber on Friday with my TB030 peeps. As usual, we were late and having AC as the tour guide meant that someone will lose his/her way. Tested and Proven.

Suppose to go to The Altivo Bar located beside cable car station but our dear AC didn't know that it has changed its name to Sapphire which is one of The Jewel Box restaurant.

So when we reached there, no space. Had to pay a cover charge of $4 per pax to enter The Jewel Box BUT will be entitled to a free cable car ride to and fro from Mount Faber to Sentosa. When we enter the place we were like WHOA! And our Dearest AC again, was wearing slippers. I think ppl who goes there are all upper and higher income range people and dressed all like going to prom. Although i was wearing shorts but still not as bad as AC. Haha.

The place is really beautiful.

There's sofa and fish tank in the toilet and a very magnificent view of the port and Vivocity.

Spent 1 hr loading all the pics... i wonder why blogger dun have the software to upload many pics at one time. The max only 5 pics.. I download until mad.. But it's worth the time. Went to Malaysia with Jus and his family for 5D4N.

Day 1: Suppose to leave with rented van at 7am to Woodlands Checkpoint but the driver was late and claimed they lost their way. Many guessed is becose the driver fetched his mistress that's why late and end up jus family have to take care of the mistress' lodgings and food. They were angry... and becos of this, we got stuck in the jam at several points and sat in the van for more than 12 hours before reaching Raub at 10.30pm!

Start having my dinner and must say, although is a simple dinner, the food taste deliciously yummy (maybe i was hungry too). The relative house was owned by famous celebrity chef, Chef Wan. His, Justin's mother's hmmm cousin ba. The house very very nice, full of carpets. That nite, Jus and I and a few others slept in the living room, not hot cos got air-con haha.

Day 2: Woke up at dunno wat time and ate breakfast (Nasi lemak + Nasi goreng + Ikan Bilis + sambal sotong) then followed by excursion round the neighbourhood. Apparently Chef Wan is just too famous, the whole "village" knew him. He brought like 17 of us around the neighbourhood and introducing us to some family and trees.

Taking some kampong lifestyle pics

Nice chill-out at Chef Wan's House looks like Villa Bali

Nope... is a lamp

After which he brought us to see fountain. A mini one. He say very near... So we took the van and travelled for like 1 hour before reaching the fountain... Fell asleep...zzzz

Sheperding

When he cannot tahan the driver anymore

Went back to Chef Wan's house after viewing the fountain and eat again. Then went to sleep cos felt sleepy. Woke up in the evening and start to have dinner again. The dinner got BBQ this time round plus the whole "buffet" look abit like mini TOK PANJANG adapted from Little Nyonya (9pm @ Channel 8

Precious pic with celebrity Chef Wan

Facial using Guava

Day 3: Woke up in the morning had nice breakfast again before leaving to Berjaya Hills (Colmar Highlands). I think for the 2 days at Chef Wan house i just ate and sleep and by the 3rd third day, i felt my face swollen and even my fingers feel fatter. True enough, when i reached Singapore, my face still swollen die..

The castle-like hotel looked more castle than HK Disneyland castle

At the pond

Day 4: Before we leave for KL, we went to Botanical garden and Japanese Garden. So many plants and flies and bees and ants. One bee even flew past my ear with the buzzzzzzzing sound, i so hate it.

Chimpanzees

Man-made fountain

Went to Japan too after visiting France (Colmar Highlands is known for their French style resort). Rented Kimono for 20 ringgit and did kuku stuff until the promoter can't stopped laughing at us too.

Sumo-wrestling

They burst out laughing halfway

That's Uncle Terrence (Jus' uncle)

We looked so japanese!

Guess whose and what?

Nice apartment at KL

Shopping at KL was like shopping at Paragon. In e end never buy anything too.. But i think their Coffeebeans barister sucks. Cos they spelled my name as MICHAEL and pronounced as MICHELLE. Worse is both are done by different people.

Twin tower

Chef Wan treated us to dinner

Day 5: Head to Malacca to see the church + shopping. Finally bought something there.

Yoz, wassup!

I think i kinda went round Malaysia for the past 5 days. But slept alot also and especially EAT alot. I must start exercising. My face getting rounder, belly getting bigger, weight getting higher and making me look shorter.

Can't wait for 16th Dec!

Can't wait for X'mas!
